the 2015 Navigator

The 2015 Navigator just showed up with a facelift and a new powerplant. the 3.5L Ecoboost engine was transplanted from the F150 and should help to curb fuel economy versus its prime rival, the Escalade. I don't know if the light bar really works with its boxy shape, the sheet metal is basically identical. Look for it to switch to aluminium construction sometime in its design cycle.

Thats the stretched out L model. Here is the standard and the interior

I love it, looks amazing. Lincoln is doing a great job with the split grille design

I have mixed feeling about it. I think that it could do with some more contours in the body. The grille and light bar feel a little forced on this huge rectangle of a vehicle. Would have been cool if they had the trunk hatch wrap around the sides like with the MKC. That would make the light bar fit better too.

the problem the navigator has is the same one escalade has. Because its abig BOF SUV based on a pickup theres not much you can do with the slab sides. I just feel that any countours on the side is going to look too much like lipstick on a pig.

But I am a big fan of the new grill it was pulled off excellent here. The rear is odd agreed...

i don't mind the slab sides at all, to me it looks "boss". I love that look. any big vehicle like this needs it, it's part of the natural design process. with it's proportions that slab side comes naturally.

It is a nice update both outside and in.

I like the new front end.

That rear end really turns me off though..

Too boxy and a bit out of proportion.

i dont mind it being boxy, there's just not enough going on in the rear. There just as much going on in the rear of it as there is in a Tahoe.

I agree with this. There is only so much styling you can do with such a large vehicle. I'm glad the Navigator looks like the rest of the Lincoln lineup now. I'm sure that this update will help to keep the Navigator selling into the future.

I'm really liking the evolution of the Lincoln grill. MKC and Navigator blend with the front end much better than the MKZ..

They improved a lot. I just hate it when they try to make it all curvy like the MKZ grille. Keeping it boxy is the key to keeping it looking good.
