MLT to Sync 3 Conversion/Forscan

I'm getting ready to convert both my 2013 F150 and my 2015 MKC from My Ford Touch/My Lincoln Touch to Sync 3. I have found a ton of information for programming the APIM in my F150, but not so much on the MKC.
I'm wondering is anyone has a 2016+ MKC with Sirius, Heated/Cooled Seats, Heated Steering Wheel, THX Sound, without NAV that could share their As Built APIM settings from Forscan?
I've made a few changes on the MKC and a ton on the F150, so it's not new to me.
I can probably figure it out from the information that I have from other Ford vehicles, but I would really like one that is MKC Specific.
I'd really appreciate any help.

I will be watching this thread.
Our 2015s were delivered with S2 (the dreaded 'Touch'), a Microsoft based system
Synch 3 uses a Blackberry platform.
WV, how much hardware have you had to tear out and replace to upgrade your processor and RAM?

To update to to sync3 you have to have a sync3 APIM and a new media hub for sure, maybe more. Once you have the needed parts you can play with the as build for other options. At least the best I understand.

To do the update from Sync 2 to Sync 3 you need: 1.) New APIM. 2.) New capacitive touchscreen (for pinch to zoom). 3.) Cable to connect the apim and touch screen. 4.) New media hub (for apple car play compatibility). 5.) New GPS antenna. There are outfits around the web that will sell this as a package and program it based on your VIN. I went with an outfit by the name of 4dtech out of Louisville KY. The reason I went with this outfit is they stand behind the parts for a year without charging you extra. The other outfit I was looking at was infotainment.com. They only cover their parts for 90 days, and will sell you a year warranty for 10% of your purchase price. This turns out to be about $200.

I'm doing the swap in a couple of days.

I had this conversion done to my 2015 and if you are considering the switch - I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys their mkc and is planning to keep the vehicle. I'm glad I made this change.
