MKC-Reserve 2019 Feedback/Reviews needed

I am planning to buy a MKC Reserve 2019 - with Tech Package only . Is it a good or great SUV? Any good and bad of this 2019 Release by Lincoln?
Would appreciate your expert feedback.
Thank you in advance

Depends on what is covered and not covered but $3700 is pretty high price to pay for a maintenance plan.

IHMO its dog with the 2.0 T engine, get it with the 2.3T, you won't be sorry.

Over all my MKC has been a very good car, not great, few cars make that very high bar. With that being said for the money, when compared to all other CUV's out there, the MKC gives you the most bang for the buck.

I have had my MKC for 3 years now and have had zero problems with it.

I presume you are looking at existing 2017 MKC inventory so have to choose from what is available. If you get a 2.3T MKC in Canada you will also get the 19" wheels which you may or may not want.

After 2+ years and 39,000+ km of travel I can say I am satisfied with the performance of the 2.0T engine. The only occasions I have found where more power might have been useful were getting onto US interstates with high speed limits and short or no acceleration lanes.

Is the maintenance plan you mention to cover routine maintenance, extended warranty or a combination of these? Is it dealer specific or a Lincoln plan? I declined these plans, choosing to pay as I go.

I leased my MKC for four years, corresponding to the four year warranty. It also has a six year power train warranty. I will probably lease a new vehicle at the end of the lease but have not ruled out buying it out and hanging on to it for another two years.

Thank you, The regular maintenance that is mentioned on LMPP Manuel. ( www.lincolncanada.com)
I did shop at 3 dealers in the 30Km area all did say the same rates for $3700-$3500 for 7 yrs/150000Kms ; 6months/12000Kms ( 14 visits) I asked them to give 6 months/8000 kms as in 2 yrs plans, but they refused. Thanks again!

Thank you for the guidance
My Overall experience was not good"
The Top Management /Stake holders of this dealership does not seem to train or care about the importance of Customer Satisfaction and retentions. Though their mission says about a focus on Customers, the executive officers don't even reply emails, but delegate the 2nd level employees to deal with issues, and not ready to jump in and resolve issues or concerns of their own customers.
1) I was Sold a car without Full Park Assist features, even after repeated requests and thought Lincoln head quarters says Vehicle is supposed to have both Park Assist features when a technology package is bought.
2)When asked for a demo drive , was told " No only if we finalize a firm purchase, After payment, "Sorry this car does NOT come with that particular feature"
3) When asked for Wheel Lock lug nuts, for a brand new vehicle, as ADVISED by the Lincoln Head Quarters, reply was "No this car does not have Wheel Locking Lug nuts"

Though The service Manager was very good in replying emails, above said problems we not resolved.
Meaning, something not at all right here.

Any Idea how best a customer may resolve this ? The MKC Reserve tech pack is supposed to have all above requested

Thank you!
