No ride settings

I just purchased a 2015 MKC that has no ride settings for when in drive or sport. It is possible something is messed up? Should I have it checked? Or is this maybe not an option for mine?

It would help if you listed which version (Select, Premiere, Reserve?) you own and package options your MKC has.

I have a 2017 Reserve and it has ride options which are set for the D and S driving modes. I see that it is shown on the 2019. I suspect you have to learn to navigate through the vehicle menus to find the settings - I haven't changed mine since I got my MKC though I did find where to change the settings.

It is called dynamic suspension control I believe, it is standard on all wheel drive but is optional on front wheel drive vehicles

If it helps to widen our group knowledgebase, I bought the Technology package paying extra $4000 and I was told the technology package gives 1)Motion sensitive Lift gate 2)fully opening Panoramic roof & 3) Park assists < the reason I mainly bought the Tech pack
only to find after purchase that park assist does NOT includes Perpendicular parking , dealer never mentioned that till I paid the check for total amount of CAN$ 56,748.80 (Ontario price) . Not sure I paid the right price, but the S & D features (sport) seems to come by default even if I would have not bought the Tech pack. Btb this is a MKC- Reserve 2019. I love reading and educating all your feedback/replies. I find you all are Nice & educating group! about MKC

not sure on models that have, but on AWD for sure it is there and you can access from steering wheel left side control buttons. It under vehicle settings and you can select sport, normal and comfort. there is also another setting for sport that allows for sport suspension setting when shifted to sport by default (which would not make sense any other way IMO). I like the feature but comfort is somewhat bouncy on bowed or country paved roads with dips etc. I think its great for very flat or eway driving for the road texture. Dealer said you often can not tell the different but I can. Hope this helps
