Cheap to try injector cleaner in your tank with highest grade gas you can find. Run out the whole tank and drive it very hard.

How many miles are on the engine? 2.3 or 2.0. Is the misfire noticeable? When do you notice it? When the engine is warm or cold? The more info you give the better the chance somebody can help. Ecoboost engines are known for building up carbon on the intake valves. This carbon can cause a misfire. The carbon can be cleaned off. If you can isolate which cylinder is misfiring it will help with the diagnosis. Someone will have to interpret the codes.
