Congrats. I would skip the first 2 items.
1. The Lincoln is pretty sound-proof. Removing panels only leads to possible breakage & more rattles. Furthmore, Dynomat is over-priced. Check out sounddeadenershowdown.com. You could maybe add some to the rear hatch area -- as that would be easy to get to. I wouldn't start pulling door panels -- unless you're upgrading audio as well.
2. Cheap vinyl over-lays will cheapen the interior. The wood trim is real (at least mine is), and not some shiny plastic.
