Winter Rims

I have a 2015 MKC and am looking at winter tires and rims..
Do you have to use aluminum rims ? Was told steel can't be used due to position of calipers and rotors.

Thanks.

Steel may or may not fit. But you can get inexpensive aluminum wheels at Tire Rack or Discount Tire that fit and then your Lincoln won't look like a taxi.

Look for a used set of MKC rims for winter use. I was able to find some on ebay with the center caps. They will fit better then most aftermarket wheels.
