Straight from the dealership, had a bad right front wheel bearing. I purchased 2 days before knee replacement so didn't get to drive for a month. Numerous suction cup marks on windshield. Trying to scrub those off after surgery, lost balance and hit the mirror which knocked the lane departure camera out of whack. Took it around mid September to dealership, the tell me 4 weeks before they can get to it. Finally called me the end of October and told me to bring it in November 21. They had it 2 weeks, replaced the wheel bearing, got the suction cup marks off but haven't been able to program the camera. They came and picked it up while I was out of town, had it 3 days, finally got it back late Friday PM, grease on the side of the car, etc. Lincoln Concierge had been involved and they paid 1 months car payment or should I say, the dealer did. What is sad is that the quicklane guy has excellent customer service but the regular service department is horrible.
