We are hopeful that Lincoln, like about all the auto manufacturers do, will extend the 7/07/2014 expiry of these programs, especially since hardly any of us that pre-ordered the MKC have been able to take delivery.

I hope so because that's one of the reason why I pre-ordered mine. I'm currently p*ssed about it, and I think this advertisement is quite misleading.

Looks like at least the Conquest/Loyalty $1,000 Programs have been extended to 9/30/2014.

Anybody see if the $750 X-Plan Incentive has been extended past 7/07/2014?

Yes, it has been extended to 9/30/14 as well. Hurray!!!
