I just turned in a 2013 mkz before that had 2 mkx trucks the navigation and sync system was terrible they finally got it right.. Very simple to use now..

I don't mind the current system. It can be quirky at times but it works well most of the time. It's just disappointing we cannot upgrade to Sync 3. I doubt they will offer any upgrades to the old system now that 3 is out.

Yes your correct dealer told me you can't I looked at a 2015 rebates were awesome but decided to go with 2016 and wife loved this luxe color.

Better stereo system. Get a little better gas mileage and some cosmetics inside different . That's all I know. My main concern was the sync system I believe now they r using a blackberry design. For sync 3 . We always had problems with old system.. I guess you got lucky

The 2.0 liter engine is also new. Same size, but totally new.

Congrats. how is the stereo better? Did you get the THX upgrade? Is it an improvement over the 2015 THX? I know there is an upgraded system in the new MKX(Revel) but had not heard any updates for the MKC sound systems. What cosmetics are different? Thanks

I heard someone say that sound insulation could have been better, better for overall cabin feel and for the audio system. Cheap upgrade for Lincoln to do as standard.

I do not have the thx sound that I had on my 2013 mkz.. This has the new revel system sounds super?.. Also in back on the 2016 it has a cigarette charger and an plug outlet. On 2015 just cig charger . Also 2016 has a nice sliding door cover ..also we have had the car 4 days.. I know it's soon but the sync 3 is a world of difference so simple and great...

From what I understand the revel is ONLY available on the MKX, not the MKC. And you can't get sync 3 in the new MKXs this year either for whatever reason, don't know what they are thinking with that one.
