My MKC has a recurring message to unplug usb ,,using too much power,,usb has never been used and nothing has been spilled,,unplugged battery and reconnected and clean usb ports with air,,still getting message,,is it possible i need a new battery,,one in car came from factory

I have a 2017 MKC Reserve 2.0 AWD and i occasionally get the same message when playing music from a USB stick . I just remove it plug it back in and it may go weeks before i get it again

Just today my 2016 that I have been running Android Auto on for 3 years stopped seeing my phone for about 2 hours. After I turned off the car and got out it started working again. I did have to do a complete set up of Android Auto permissions.
