Recently went for groceries and upon restarting the center screen was blank. Tried everything from shutting off engine to tapping every section of the screen to no avail. It's mostly irritating since the heat/AC temp cannot be seen.

Got back home and it still would not come to life after shutting engine off for 1/2 hour.
Next day it worked fine!
Anyone else have this issue?
And is there an easy fix that I'm missing?

Hey there! I’ve never had this issue but I can suggest this: when my sync system is acting up, I hold down the forward skip button and the power button to the radio for a few seconds until it restarts the sync system. It usually reboots it and fixes my issue quickly. Might be worth a shot!

There's a reboot command. Check with Lincoln service.

Sorry, I just saw this and you probablly got it fixed already, but this happened in our 2015 MKC and it was just a fuse. It is located on passenger side under the glove box. It was a pain in the butt to get to, but that's all it was.

Had someone check the fuses and relay. All was ok. Going to make sure he checked the one you mentioned. Thanks for your help

Here is a link to a website that has all the diagrams. The one we replaced was #32 Display. GPS. Radio frequency receiver. Voice control.

Thx to all who replied. Sorry this is so late. Had some health issues.
Whatever the dealer said it had something to do with the battery and gave me a new one! Sounds like BS to me but since I got a new battery I'm happy!
