Same feeling here. I prefer the screen on the MKC as well as where the PRND buttons are. Caddilac has dated designs, I prefer the understated Lincoln

I was just at the Toronto Auto Show last week and it seems like almost every manufacturer has added these 'pop up' looking screens but the screens do not actually move. To me it looks like they were just an after thought add on and not really integrated into the dash. I don't like the look at all.

If they would put a nice EV Motor on the 2.3l like they are going to do on the Aviator it would have some nice grunt. Or they could just un-cap the boost limiter in first and second they have on them now.
I read that the horsepower on both turbo engines will decrease a bit for MY 2020. May be related to the new transmission.

Why can't we get a rotary knob instead of horizontal buttons jammed under a ledge?

Yes I agree, the horizontal shift buttons remind me of the the old radio preset buttons from the 70's, the infotainment add on screen, and the new grille design. I think I will stay with my 2017

Not a smart move on Lincolns part IMHO, the base 2 . very slow engine they offer now is a dog, if any thing they should be dropping the 2.7 V-6 into the MKC/Cosair and any Hybrids will need a manually controlable KERS system to go with it else it will be a very boring ride, IMHO. Will be interesting to see how MB implements it.

If Ford/Lincoln really had sense they would be turbo charing or supercharging their 5.0 V-8 and dropping it in the Continental, Navigator, Aviator and MKX/Nautilus.

Lincoln also desperately needs a high HP 2 Dr Lux Sport Coupe and drop top Continental.

Lincoln and Ford have all the parts to make some rad rides, sadly the parts are being used ineffectively.

I agree. The main reason I upgraded from my '14 Titanium Escape to the MKC was the 2.3 engine upgrade. I was considering a new Corsair, but with no decent engine, I might go to a Ford Edge ST.

There is some hope yet, the Aviator is supposed to have a 3.0 Twin Turbo V-6 400 hp and 400 lbft Torque, the hybrid will be 450hp and 600 lbft torque.

Down side, its a 6 seater.

Now will Lincoln be smart enough to drop that engine into the 2020 Nautilus.

Can you imagine the power, I am always amazed at how much power the f-150 has with that little engine, it would insane in the mkc.

If they did that, it might justify me paying $60,000 + for one.

I reserved a MB C300, they gave me a AMG C63 for a week, after driving it, I could justify buying one, so could the wife. Choices, choices choices, roof over our heads or a kick ass car?
