Anyone getting a rattle from the Engine Splash Shield?

The splash shield (under the engine) appears to be made of 2 parts. On mine, the portion that makes up the air intake/vent seems to rattle towards the rear against the other part. I've gone under there and hit it a little with my hand and it rattles which sounds like a noise I get with low speed maneuvers over sharp bumps (like in a parking lot) . I temporarily shoved a small piece of rubber between the 2 parts.. Anyone else notice this? Maybe there are rivets/screws missing?
