Yesterday our MKC back up camera image froze up i.e., it showed a the same parking lot image from yesterday this morning when I was backing out of the garage. After restarting the vehicle and trying to adjust several camera options, the frozen image continued.
As a last resort, I did a system master reset. That corrected the problem. Unfortunately this act required re-pairing the phone and reauthorizing the Lincoln web application. It also required reentering my 25 Navigation destinations because Ford/Lincoln does not have a Nav system back-up protocol. Frustrating and time consuming.
We still love our leased MKC and we were thinking about buying it as lease end. Hmmm, maybe not.
