I'd like to see everyone include the build date along with their MKC description in their sig line. It might help us get a handle on what issues effect our "C".

I wish everyone would do this. One of the posters posted about their headliner fraying. Another posted that they saw the same thing in their MKC. I think one of them had their MKC info in their signature and the other didn't. When I asked the one that didn't what their build date was it was one day after the other poster's. Anyway.......

It's been a while, but hopefully this will get you close:

Click on your screen name

Click on 'About Me'

Add it as a signature (the about me option at the very bottom)

According to a post by TxTom in another thread on this forum, the build date is at the top of the window sticker. The bottom date has been described as an order or invoice date. On my sticker, the build date appears at the top above the word "BLEND" as the last 6 digits in "120150205," indicating a build date of February 5, 2015. This date tracks with the door jamb sticker, which shows a build date of February 2015. The date at the bottom of my sticker is January 29, 2015. The build date appears only in Ford's computer-generated sticker, not the hard copy paper sticker affixed to the car.
