Buzzing noise from fuel tank and shakes vehicle

My 2016 had a similar issue- whining noise at idle coming from the rear, and sporadic short stalls. After doing fuel line pressure readings, Lincoln dealer said it was a bad fuel line pressure sensor and replaced it under extended warranty. Noise and stalls stopped. Hope that helps.
