...good idea...could you post a detail info on how to go about in Amazon to get those lug nuts?....for the benefit of us inadequate Amazon users/searchers?....

...thanks for the info....but this afternoon I quickly check the wheel nut in my 2017 and it appear that thet are metal..of course will double check....is there a possibility the 2017 late model came with different nuts...my MKC select was built 4/17

...I see...said the blind man...so going the Amazon route and changing lug nuts as suggested by mikesduce it will be futile effort...so any ideas how to attack this problem I live in NJ....salt all over the roads...
