Hi all!

So i have about 950 miles on my car now and just noticed a weird thing, when i turn on or off heated seats i hear this instant click.
It only happens 1 click when turn ON and 1 click when off.

Do any of you have it as well?
Do any of you do NOT have it ?

Thanks!

I don't have an MKC yet but have driven one for a day. I did use the heated seats but didn't notice any unusual sounds. I would expect a relay to be switched on and off to control the heater current and a click would be normal.

This is the 2nd winter with my MKC and I have never noticed a click but then I always have the radio turned on. I will have to pay more attention the next time I go for a ride.

I hear a small click when I turn them on or off (using the hard buttons at the very bottom of the center console, not the buttons on the screen), but I don't hear any clicks when cycling through the three temperature selections; only when switching them on or off.

I hear a click when I turn the heated seats on and off - probably a relay.

I hear it when I turn off my cooling and heating, but I don't recall a click when I turn them on.

I paid close attention yesterday and I hear the click when both turning the heated seats on and off but not when changing from hi to medium to low.

Yes the click is only when you turn them ON or OFF..
