I bought my new 2016 MKC on Feb 20. Since we were having storms I put it in the garage and drove the rental for a couple more days. When I started driving it, I kept getting messages. 1) No pre collision available, 2) No adaptive cruise control. I drove it for a couple of days and then noticed I had no cruise control. On Tues Mar 1, the dealership service department looked at it. Said the cruise control module was out. Every week I got a call saying they were waiting on parts and it would be next week. Was finally told that they had a bad batch of module and had to wait for more to come in to factory. Finally on May 2, yes 2 months later, I get my car back. The end of May it goes back in for a whistling noise. Am told that it's fixed. 2 weeks later back in shop for windshield that cracked starting down past the rubber seal and whistling noise. Finally figured out noise was driver's side mirror. Had that replaced. 2 weeks later made a trip, cruise control went out again..same message, was told it just needed to be reset. 1 month later another trip, cruise went out...was told one pin was not making good contact. Got car back on Sept 24, one week later on another trip, cruise goes out again. Just got call from shop, says the sensor was not straight and was causing it. I am in Texas and it has meet 2 of the 3 reasons it can be considered a lemon by law. Has anyone else had trouble with their cruise control going out?

Same here, out 2016 MKC has been a good ride. No issues for the first year other than getting a couple flats repaired :(.
