When pressing the corresponding window up/down button you will feel a slight resistance at the end of travel each direction.
Appling a bit more pressure will allow the button to pass through this resistance to auto power the window either up or down.
The resistance is a pretty common feature allowing one to position the window at any height or power to full up/down easily.
If it still doesn't work time for a trip to the dealer.
By the way: How many of us still use the old "roll-up" phrase, an obvious carryover from the old crank days. I still do now and then
Should it be: raise/lower; put; power; motor; any suggestions? When I ask my granddaughter to crank or roll the window she does give me a strange look but understands.
