I just picked up my 2018 MKC from the port after shipping it overseas. The battery was dead, so we had to jump the car to get it started. I noticed that the driver's seat was set all the way back and will not move at all. The only thing that works is the lumbar support. I also noticed that the steering wheel is set all the way up, and it's not moving either. Seems like the easy exit assist worked, but then the battery died. Not sure if the two are related, but I'm heading out tomorrow to check the two fuses associated with the Seat Memory. I was just wondering if I was looking in the right direction, or if there is another way I should be going. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update. It looks as if the low battery put the car is some sort of "energy saving" mode and did not allow the seat to move until the battery was fully charged. It's working now, and that is the only thing that I can think that would explain it.
