Got my 17 MKC almost a week ago and have been unable to "authorize" the modem to work with the mobile app. When I go to look at the ESN of the modem it's blank.. Did the dealer just forget to take it out of transit mode or turn it on?

Anyone else with this issue?

I would contact dealer. Just checked mine in vehicle settings/onboard modem serial # and it's there.

It's also listed in "General" in "About SYNC"

I think you should be seeing it.

Thanks... I've been in touch with them and they are researching it. Just making sure that it should show...

So they dealer is finally ordering (after a month) a new modem... back ordered till October... very irritating. You would have thought that lincoln would have made sure it worked before it left the factory.
