What should the default behavior for unlocking the doors be when I remote start the MKC either by Intelligent Access key or using MyLincoln Mobile app?

I need to keep testing, however, it appears that with either method of remote starting I am unable to walk up to the car and unlock the doors by using my hand while running. In order to unlock, I need to get the fob out and press the unlock button. If I approach the car while off, I can unlock the car without issue using my hand.

When I remote start using either the FOB or the remote app, I can unlock any of the doors just by grabbing the door handle, provided of course I have the FOB on my person.

Thanks for the feedback. Seems very weird to me that this is the behavior. One less thing to bring back to service for.

You may want to try the other FOB to see if one works as expected?
