Hey all,
I just thought I would share that I had an issue with the 3 things stated in the subject line in my 2016 Reserve MKC. They actually could replicate all 3 issues and fixed them in about 5 hours.
- The heated/cooled seats were working at what I would call 25 percent efficiency. They said it was a software module (which they updated) and now they're working much better.
- The dash rattle is the same one there is a TSB for...they attached it again and put padding in. I did not notice it on my drive home (fingers crossed it is fixed for good).
- The driver side mirror only did it once...but it did a robotic very slow jerking movement when the mirror was going to my personal settings upon startup. They said they replaced the modules located in the rear doors as well as one in the front driver side door.
All in all very happy with the service my local Lincoln dealer has provided thus far. This was my 2nd time taking the vehicle in and both were great experiences!
