Was looking at some window stickers of dealer ordered 2016's. It looks like a new feature added? It says Hillstart Assist. Did not notice it on the 2015 window stickers unless its named something else.

Anyone know anything about it?

It is on 2015's...on mine anyway. Pg. 185 in the owners manual. If you're on a hill and waiting at a stoplight, for example, when you lift off the brake to switch your foot to the gas pedal, it "holds" the vehicle from rolling back for a second or two so that you can accelerate. There is a street I am on occasionally with such a hill and a stoplight at the top. The feature works well.

Correct. That's what I recall being the case looking at the configurators back when they launched.
