I just opened my hood to refill the Windshield Wiper Fluid.
I noticed 2 Rubber Bumpers one was up more then the other the Left was up more. Also they Screw up and down. And there is no way once adjusted to lock them at the Right Height. I don't even know if they are touching the Hood.
Could use your Advice.
