That looks like a back seat outer headrest for an MKC to me. I don't have my MKC anymore either, but that button on the side was telltale to me for MKC.

Hi all. I sold my car this year, as well as another Genesis last year. I just found this headrest. I take off the middle back seat headrest so I have more visibility.
