I'm looking at used 2016/2017 MKC's, and am wondering if the car has the tech package - the lane departure warning in particular, does it also have the lane keep feature (torques the wheel - not just an audible warning).
I've never seen a car with 'lane keep' on carmax.
Thanks in advance.

Not sure about '16 but '17 does have lane keeping feature.. although it is not the greatest and I wouldn't rely 100% on it. My problem with it is that it ovecorrects, so I find myself drifting from one side of the lane to the other constantly if I don't hold the wheel. I don't think it's an alignment issue either.

On my '17, the "Lane Keeping System" is part of the MKC Technology Package. You should see it on the window sticker. I have used it a bit and find that it is fairly effective. You can set it so that it not only "nudges" you back into the lane, but also vibrates the steering wheel.

I have it on my '15 Reserve also and have it turned on all the time.

I think every car should have a system that won't allow you to change lanes or turn corners without using the turn signals :)
