LED Turn Signals

Sorry to disappoint ya. The MKC uses FoMoCo's signature Smart Junction Box which has a bulb out warning. Even a 30w LED bulb is not enough and will trigger the bulb out warning. It seems to blink at a normal rate, but the clicking noise will hyper-click (it will not hyper blink). Supposedly, you can turn off the "Bulb out warning" with Ford MDS, but my dealer advised me that because they are a Ford authorized dealership, they are not allowed to disable the safety system.

I don't want to wire in resistors- don't want to do any permanent modification to the car's wiring harness.

Let me know if any of you have success in having a dealer turn off the bulb out warning, or if you find some way around it!
