Our dealer said no. Hard to believe that a vehicle with automatic headlights, rain sensing wipers, blind spot monitoring, etc. doesn't have a power lift gate. I honestly couldn't believe it when picking up the vehicle. Came close to not taking it and probably should have moved on. Lincoln should offer an option to have it dealer installed (I think they could handle it
I agree, it's a great feature to have, especially now that I use it pretty much daily....walking out the grocery store today with a bunch of shopping bags, foot signalled the gate and it swung up....put the bags in, another foot signal and it closed!.....how did I ever do without this feature lol....I would now expect it in all my future car purchases!
Even newer KIA's have a power lift gate. Lincoln may have listened by adding it to current models but it is ridiculous that the lift gate wasn't included on the 2015 Select model. Everyone that rides in it can't believe it isn't included. Our 2008 Buick Enclave had it as standard equipment!
Is the fuel door supposed to lock when the car is locked? I've had this on previous cars and expected it on the MKC. Maybe it's an option I missed, but I'm fairly sure the only thing I didn't get was the larger wheels.
My 2017 MKC is Midnight Blue Sapphire Metallic, and I was wondering if Blue Jeans Metallic is the same color. Both show a paint code of N1. I'm looking for some touch up paint, and Blue Jeans is all I can seem to find.
I have a 2016 MKc on order, never did take a test drive and only briefly walked around and sat inside one.
In the 2015 order guide is/was an exterior option for "side window deflectors" for $89 that did not show on the 2016 order guide
I have always bought cars and trucks with full frame door...
I have to replace the front passengers door due to a accident. Is the wiring connection below the carpet right by the door? I don't want to take the door off and have it hanging from wiring. The door is so mangled I cant pull on the wiring to see which harness it is.
