Autoguide Video from the MKC launch in New York...
yea man 2.3L EcoBoost, 375 ponies!!! Just as many as the X3 and Q5... I don't think design language has ever gotten anyone to the top of the heap. I can;t recall one company that gets by on their visuals alone, its all tied into some type of brand equity...The MKC looks great from most angles, especially the back. I like the light bar and the wrap around hatch back. I want to know what that special type of leather is that the reviewer mentioned.
I also didn't know that it was going to share an engine with the Mustang. That must mean the MKC will be pretty fun to drive.
I think that Lincoln will do better with their new vehicles that are coming out, but I don't see Lincoln's design language as something that can shoot them to the top of the luxury market. I expect them to remain a bit more of a niche.
AHAHA I'm not sure it will fit...I would love to see a version of the ecoboost twin turbo V6 in the MKC, best way to make a good SUV into a great one.
