Sorry to hear of all your problems. The bright side is that you have a dealer who sounds like they are doing all they can to fix the problems/make you happy.Finally decided to take our reserve 2.3 AWD MKC to dealer for TSB's for hot/cold seats, antenna. We also had a shutter when going in reverse and the back up alert notification would always come up and need to be canceled. After 2 weeks at the dealer and numerous phone calls, I have to say I am very disappointed with the quality of Lincoln. Dealer completed the TSB's and also applied update to PCM and shutter was still there. Dealer decided to change motor mounts, the attachment is what they found. They had to order a wire harness for a short in the backup alert system. My late father retired from Ford and we are a large family of primarily Ford owners. This is my first Lincoln and with all the new cars I have owned, the number of issues with this one car outnumber all others combined. Dealer was great for the most part and apologized for all the issues. Dealer asked if I wanted the motor mount, I stated to have the rep look at it and also explain all the other issues with the car. This car also had a broken windshield on pickup from dealership. Just very disappointed.
