Walked into my dealership to book an appointment to have my winter wheels installed on the MKC ,and they had just unloaded a gorgeous black Conti....stunning looking car....I had the opportunity to check out the interior....took my breath away guys, seriously a class act, the fit and finish and choice of materials is first class. Some of the most comfortable seats I have ever sat on, the telescoping steering in this instance has quite a bit of reach, compared to the MKC's. The price as it sat there is around the $80,000 CDN mark, Something about how the doors ( both front and rear) spring open in your hand as you wrap your palm around the handles, closing them takes zero effort, for such large doors they are buttery smooth! I'm still undecided on the overall look of the door handles tho..large chrome jobs that concave outward toward your hand, well executed, just not sure how I like them.
They also brought a gem of a SHELBY; it's the 2017 Mustang Shelby 350 GT in electric blue....that one was locked up so did not have the means of checking out the inside, but from what I could see,it's ALL BUSINESS. It's price is non negotiable at $83,500 plus the usual stuff, PDI, taxes and stuff....I want, I want, I want lol....650+HP to the wheels.....and 600 Ft pounds of tire melting torque! my kind of car.....and NOT a care in the world about gas economy!
How far is Christmas again! lol
