I'm not sure but "I think" it has something to do with a discount if you're in the armed forces, I could be wrong tho....
Have you tried asking your dealer?....he might know!

Googled X Plan and found this:
"X-Plan is preferred (invitation only) new vehicle pricing that is offered to select employees of preferred business partners of Ford Motor Company. X-Plan pricing is valid towards the purchase or lease of most new Ford vehicles."
I'm a Costco member that that took off $1,000 off my purchase price, plus other incentives and rebates that were available to me at the time I purchased! hope this helps.

I also found through reading this other website it usually is a couple hundred $ Above dealer invoice....so not too sure how much more you can talk them down on price.

I got my MKC via the X-plan. Me employer is considered a Ford partner. X-plan pricing is non-negotiable, and all of those money in the dealers pockets fees are waived. There is a $75 doc fee. X-plan is not as deep as an employee purchase, but certainly better than most people can negotiate. You also are provided with all avialable incentives, whether purchasing or leasing. For a MKC Reserve FWD, the msrp is $40,460 (us) and the x-plan price is $38,575 and the dealer invoice is $38,033. I also had about $2500 in incentives when I got mine.
Check with your employer, you may be surprised.
