mobile app

My problem with the app is~~ VERY long to get signal (like others have complained about) and I had a battery issue dealership says battery is fine but my app still says "check battery" on both my Iphone5 and my IPhone 4... So I know it is NOT the phone. The guy at the service department at Lincoln said he did not even know there was an app. This happened this past Tuesday, so the app and MKC have been out long enough he should know about it! ...Has anyone else had this issue?

Mine does the same thing. Message doesn't go away -- multiple devices. Battery checks out okay by dealer. Beginning 2,000 mile trip. We'll see how it goes. My dealer guy never saw the ap before too.
My app said the same thing about the battery about 4 weeks ago. Ignored it as guys usually do. Then, one morning the car was dead and would not start. Had Lincoln service come out and start my car. The warning went away and I have not seen it for the last 3 weeks. No more problems with the car starting at all.

I did just notice one funny thing on the status screen on the app. I just hit update status and the mileage and gas are at the correct places. But the last update date listed on the screen is 12/31/2104 6:50PM. Not sure what that means, not sure I want to know.

:devil
You would think that the dealer would at least KNOW about the app....LOL I have even tried to reboot the phone, update app through Apple and those did not help....hummmm
ANY other ideas?

I'm guessing you already have done this, but under the "FAQ" section of the Lincoln app, it states "What if I have feedback or additional questions about MyLincoln Mobile? Call: Lincoln Motor Company (800) 521-4140

Might be worth a try at least......
there are so many things that could go wrong with this model..... I think I will take out the extended warranty....just a precaution... I still love the car.
App issue

We have had the same issue with the app since December. The dealership replaced the battery but the check battery on the App has never gone away.
I have the same message "check battery" on the mobile app. Per the Lincoln Mobile App helpline, they know of the message. They told me that they are working on a fix to have the message go away. Of course they want me to have the dealership check the battery. Did that. Battery is fine. A fix is coming for the message.
