Anyone having issues with their Nav? Mine works ok on local roads but when on a major highway (turnpike or parkway) the system thinks I am someplace else. When I brought it in for service they updated my software and re calibrated but it did not work.

Thanks

I have the same problem with mine. The location on mine is occasional off, which makes the Nav pretty much useless when it is. Most of the time it works. I took pictures of the location error and will show the service advisor when I go for my 1st service.

Navigation issues are not uncommon with Ford and Lincoln. This is something I posted awhile back. It was in reference to the same issues with our Ford C-Max.

I looked at the paper work and I they actually fixed it with the following TSB. It worked fine after. I think they didn't actually do a master reset as all of our favorites were still there, and generally they are lost with the master reset. A few C-Maxers had no resolution of the problem with the TSB and they had new GPS Modules installed. But here is the TSB that worked for us. 14-0037

I hope the Android compatibility makes the Navigation easier to use, because right now I don't find it very user friendly, I rather use my Google Maps navigation on my phone because it's so much easier than my MKC's nav.

^^ exactly. how is it that a phone costing about $700 or less can do this job so much better than a $45k+ luxury vehicle (not limited to Lincoln).
