Took a short trip with the MKC today. Last time I drove it was fine. Today the navigation is acting up. The video on the screen is fine, but it doesn't give turn by turn voice commands now. I tried all the different settings with no luck. I have a appointment with the dealer on Tuesday. Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you mute the voice commands? There is an icon for this.

Took it to the dealer today. They reset the APIM module , and now it works perfectly. Warrantied and I got a free car wash!
