Hi Everyone,
We just bought a 2016 MKC Reserve last night. It's immaculate. So far, I love it. The dealer we bought from was over an hour from home in unfamiliar territory so instead of using Google Maps as we typically would have, we thought we test the navigation in our car. Well, the radio volume does drop when the navigation voice comes on but still, we can barely hear.
I drove while hubby tinkered with the screen, settings, menus, etc. but he couldn't find a way to make her voice louder.


Can anyone help me with this?

While the Nav voice is on use the volume steering wheel button or dial to raise the volume to where you want and it will stay that way. Odd set up as usually it's done on a screen setting.

Ahh I wonder why the volume was so low. it wasn't that way when I got it. THANK YOU THANK YOU
