I won't post the dealer name here, but if anyone lives in the So Cal region, you can get one at invoice. I'm sure a few dealers will sell at invoice, but I was very impressed with the dealer I bought it from, PM me and I'll send you the guy's info, he was very easy to deal with once I agreed to buy I was in and out of the dealer in... DRUM ROLL PLEASE... ONE HOUR!!

That's where I got mine a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately it has been in the shop for 2 weeks with a weird rattle that they can't figure out. It only had 150 miles on it. Good thing they have loaner cars. Was given a 2016 MKX Reserve. Hoping to get it by the end of the week.
