Hi all!

New guy from Janesville, WI. Shopped a lot of vehicles and fell in love with a 2016 MKC Reserve, AWD 2.3, 20" rims, and climate. I was test driving a White 2017 when we went to the "overflow" lot to look at a Metallic Grey MKC. The sales-guy pointed out some other 2017's...and "We have that leftover 2016 in VELVET BURGUNDY". The angels sang! The option list was almost perfect. I took it for a drive and preferred the 2.3 to the 2.0 (for right or wrong, don't want to start a holy war here). My wife has access to Z-Plan and we got what I would consider to be a fantastic deal on the MKC and a fair deal on my trade. With 0% interest I couldn't pass it up.

The Burgundy Velvet was my 1st choice color but I couldn't find a 2.3L Reserve anywhere in my extended area. Congrats!

Greetings from Chicago! We also have a 2016 with the 2.3 and love it! Coming u on a year of ownership and no issues. Curious if your vehicle came with an engine block heater since it was delivered in Wisconsin? We will be driving through Janesville tomorrow on out way to Yellowstone!

Wife felt the same about the Velvet Burgundy color when we bought hers last Nov. Gets several positive comments as it's a very impressive color in the our bright CA sun.
Been a great vehicle so far, only one trip to the dealer for an oil change. Leaving for a road trip up the coast to Napa Valley this weekend so we'll see how it drives with 4 adults and a little vino on the return trip.

This one was originally at a dealer in Iowa and was part of a dealer trade. I do not believe it has a block heater, but I will take a look to make sure.
