Just bought a new 16 MKC so I figured I would join the group after lurking for the last 2 weeks.

I got a 2.3L AWD, White Reserve, Ebony Interior, Reserve, Climate, and Tech Packages, THX, 18" Wheels. I know sort of an odd ball set up without the larger wheels but I did not want to go with low profile ones because of all the pothole around here and past experience with having to replace low profile wheels and tires on a regular basis. Besides I will save a little on the MPG with the smaller tires.

I will add pictures later once I take some.

Good call on smaller wheels. Really wanted the 20's but didn't want to wait to locate one so went with 19's. Glad did, parents got one with 20's, a noticeable diff in road noise and firmness of ride. Surprised they got as they hated 20's on MKX. Dad said yeah, but they look good.

I got the 20"s on mine...love the firmness they offer, my winter rim/tire set is 18" though....huge difference....congrats on the ride and welcome to the cave!

I've got the 2.3l AWD w/ 18s. Love it. Really comfy for my daily commute, which is about 70 miles of highway cruising.

Howdy! Meatier tires on smaller wheels usually give good difference on that kind of roads. Bumping to see the pics of your ride.
