Hello
Anybody else have this Problem. I have a full washer fluid Container.
I push the Lever Towards the Hood the Rear Wiper comes on but no washer fluid.
Is there a Separate Container for the rear?
Thank You
Peter

Per page 289 of the 2015 manual, "The front and rear washer systems are supplied from the same reservoir." I wonder if the rear orifices are blocked because the rear washer is seldom used? I've never used mine. I'll need to try it.

Assuming the reservoir is under the hood, I think it just takes longer for the pump to move the fluid to the rear window. Mine works, but not instantly. It takes a few seconds for the fluid to start spraying.

Also do a visual inspection at the wiper end, make sure the hose is still connected to the wiper nozzle.....sometimes those lil hoses slip off!

I use my rear washer all the time and have had no problems. As soon as I push the stalk, the washer sprays. Using it regularly keeps it primed.

Pretty sure this was mentioned earlier, but I've found that if I don't use it for a while, I have to hold the lever a bit then it seems to be fine - can't hurt to give this a try

I'm willing to bet the hose that feeds off the washer pump has come off, do one final quick test: get in the car and hold the washer stalk for the rear washer, keep holding it for at least 10 seconds, if nothing comes out, back the car up and check the ground for a wet spot,if you don't find one, the pump may be the issue, or one of the grounding wires....does the front wiper washer work?....might also be a fuse.

HA! I read your mind hehehe..
Forward wash and rear wash, I would assume run on the same load fuse, ( same pump amperage) therefore, one fuse for both,so if the front works and the rear does not, I would imagine its a disconnected fuse

Hi
They said it was a Faulty Tube. It's fixed...
The MKZ was a 2016 Base Model with 5,000 miles.
I asked what they do with the Loaner and the Service Tech Said they Buy it and then just send it to a Car Auction. Too bad nice car road very Smooth.
At least They fixed the Rear Washer.
Thank You all for your Help.

"Faulty tube" meaning, there was a kink somewhere in the tube (hose) and fluid could not go through...more than likely, they replaced it....good to know it's working fine Pete!

Sorry to drag out an old thread. I now have the same problem, one month after my warranty expired. Would you kindly let me know what the dealer did to resolve your issue with no fluid reaching the rear wiper? Mine was working fine till just recently, now no fluid getting to the rear.
TIA
