I don't think so. I have a case number with Lincoln Corporate. They said they will call when the fix is available and I've received no call as of yet.
It may be of interest that starting in around December I have been having SIRIUS reception problems on my 2013 Edge as well - I had no issue before this. I don't think this issue is related to the vehicle(s) but instead related to the service provider.Have experienced the same reception problem since our purchase Dec 2014 of MKC.
Contacted Lincoln Dealer/Sales here in Las Vegas & they had not been informed of ongoing problems. Service Dept only knew Engineering was aware of problem & instructed them not to do any repairs.
Finally I was able to contact (Mar 31, 2015) Lincoln Customer Representative & get straight answers about Shark Fin Antennas, they are being modified to receive both broadcast signals for XM & Sirius. Estimate resolution is 45 to 60 days. I expect Lincoln will take the full 60 days. So maybe we'll see something by May 31, 2015.
I called EXACTLY one month ago today and was also told 45-60 days to a resolution. Since you were told that today, I'm not counting on it being fixed before our free trial runs out.Have experienced the same reception problem since our purchase Dec 2014 of MKC.

No; no TSB as of yet. Everyone that calls has been told 45-60 days before a "fix" is available.I am also having a problem with the reception cutting out. I spoke with the Lincoln Concierge folks and two different dealers. All deny a general problem. Maybe the talk of class actions sent them to ground. Is there a TSB on this problem?
I let my 6-month "free" subscription expire at the end of that timeframe...due to the sporadic in/out service. Purchased my MKC in Aug '14. The Traffic & Travel Link services are working with no issue, and are "free" for 5 years on the MKC. Maybe 6? Don't need SiriusXM Radio paid service to have the free Traffic & Travel Link services on the MKC.Just so that I am clear about this post are we talking about issues with SiriusXM Traffic and SiriusXM Travel Link?
Cause I am wondering if I need to purchase both to have the real time traffic updates?

The traffic and travel are paid for 6 years. The Sirius XM radio service is a 6-month trial. We received a notice from Sirius regarding our subscription for the MKC noting that we were "loyal subscribers" as we have the service in our Ford truck and in our home. Our plan is to let the 6-month period pass and see what "specials" are available to entice us to continue service in the MKC. That worked well for our truck.I let my 6-month "free" subscription expire at the end of that timeframe...due to the sporadic in/out service. Purchased my MKC in Aug '14.
