Just purchased this used 2017 MKC with 16k miles . The radio volume that is suppose to increase with speed, doesn't. I set the screen to max. Tire noise to HORRIBLE. Trans shifts weird. Does anyone know what the warranty is? I am afraid to bring it into Lincoln. I traded in my 2006 Town Car that was great, I am kind of sorry I did.
The warranty is long and good. (your owners manual should tell you)
My radio volume doesn't seem to go up and down as I drive. I wonder if it is a crappy design or mine needs fixing(too).
I don't think the tires are covered under warranty but you might see what they can do? Perhaps they are out of balance? You might want to shop for quieter tires and sell the ones on there to recoup the expense of the new ones.
My transmission shifts a tad late. Sounds like yours is more than that.... have them check out the tranny.
Call Lincoln... once you're setup in their system they will come and pick up your MKC and leave you with a loaner and "fix" yours and bring it back to you. I put fix in quotes because they don't always fix it the first time.
Thank you for your reply. I will call Lincoln and see what
they say.
