I have downloaded the Sync 3 v2.2 update from the Lincoln Owner site, followed all instructions to install via the USB. I attempted the install and after about 5 minutes I got a message stating that the update failed. I then made an appointment to have the dealership install the update. Evidently that are issues getting the update to install. They say they are in contact with Lincoln engineers and the manufacture of the USB Hub. I was wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue?

Could be the thumb drive - Nothing else can be on it.. I did it via USB with no issues.
I don't think the thumb drive is the problem, The dealership is having issues also.
