Too Expensive Modem
Modems costs less than $50. Why is the Lincoln modem replacement so costly. Also why must I take the car apart to replace the modem. Thus 3g upgrade should be handled by Ford. Ford should be ashame if treating customers this way.

I don't believe so, for sure a hardware difference. Once my car modem gives up I will look into this!!Could FORScan program it?
