Came from a 2013 Explorer Ltd. Same infotainment system. I don't notice a difference. I venture to say that if you're accustomed to a different system then you will gripe about the new system. I'm not saying Ford/Lincoln's system is the best. It's what I'm used to and I believe it works fine. It gets the job done. I'm pretty sure that if I were switching to a BMW or whatever system I'd have gripes too. In my opinion, too many contributors to these forums just want to complain.
