update on wrecked MKC, 3 m, not repaired

Well tomorrow it will be 3months since I was hit. Getting parts for.this car has been nothing but a nightmare. They have now moved the date back to May 14th for the.last part from May 1st. Lincoln customer service offered me an extended warranty. But I just want my car back. I have had to contact a lawyer who rec. Either trying to get insurance to total ( its repaired now except for a backup module bracket) or have it declared a lemon. Lemon laws usually don't apply to wrecked cars but this is a bit.different because the car just can't be fixed due to Lincoln not.having.parts.
The body shop is Ford's. I have called customer service and dealt w the dealer til I am blue in the face. I fully believe that if the right executive knew of this, a part would be fed ex'd from the production plant that day.
I have made myself as vocal as I can on social media, locally and where I work. Our local Buick dealer heard and contacted me to assure me they don't have those problems and I should trade that MKC off on an Enclave.
It seems that Lincoln is trying to change the culture and reinvent themselves. While their strategy may now be different, I don't think they have succeeded in changing their culture, which means in the long run, they will fail.
Does anyone know how to contact any higher ups in Lincoln? I am at a loss of what to do next but.I have little.faith that this car will be repaired.

I'm so sorry. I know how ticked and disappointed you must be.

Hmmm....wonder what an extended warranty actually costs them. I know the finance manager tried to hawk a couple of them to us for $3-3.5K. It wouldn't hurt to grab it while the offer is on the table, especially if you plan on keeping the car.....before they change their minds about giving it to you. It's really the LEAST that they could do for you since you'll be out of your car for almost 4 months IF they make the 5/14 deadline.

I sincerely hope that she comes back as good as new.
Wow, just wow.....this is 2016, Lincoln needs to get A LOT MORE customer focused ....oh and before I forget: You guys really need to get this testing stage pat down with new rides....The price point on an MKC (loaded) is up there!....here's an idea...you're marketing luxury, and giving low end customer service.. not such a winning formula!
