I am getting the device using too much power message but I have unplugged everything. I had been using an in car diffuse but I unplugged it when I first got the message but now the message won’t go away. I hit close it goes away but comes back in a minute or two.

You could try resetting the system by disconnecting the battery positive terminal for a few minutes.

I had the same problem with my 17 MKC and the powered rear hatch would act up not open or close.Had dealer check it out was the battery not strong enough to run all of the electrics they replaced the car battery no problems since (1 month ago)
